Child Safety Standards

Effective Date: July 3, 2026

Goba (the "App"), operated by Valerii Lesko, is committed to the safety of minors and maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These published standards describe how we prohibit and combat CSAE in the App, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

1. Zero tolerance for CSAE

We strictly prohibit, and do not tolerate, any content, conduct, or activity that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors, including:

2. Age requirement

The App is intended for users 16 years of age and older. We do not knowingly allow children under 16 to create accounts, and we promptly delete any account we discover to belong to a child under 16.

3. Prevention and moderation

4. In-app reporting

Users can report child-safety concerns directly within the App, without leaving it, using the report tools available on content and user profiles, and through in-app Support. Reports concerning the safety of a minor are treated as the highest priority.

5. Reporting to authorities

We comply with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. When we identify apparent CSAM or the exploitation of a minor, we remove it, preserve relevant information as required by law, and report to the competent authorities — including the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant regional and national authorities.

6. Child safety point of contact

Questions about our child-safety practices, our standards, and our compliance can be directed to our designated contact:

We will respond to legitimate inquiries from users, parents or guardians, and authorities regarding child-safety matters.
